Tone Volume
How to tone volume down when switching to other websites?

I love bouncing around to all the different websites, but I get so sick & tired of having my ears blasted off, evrytime I enter a new site. Not all of them have music, but there are many that do.

I have Windows Vista Home Premium. Is there any way that I can “mute” websites that I go to BEFORE they fully load?
