what should i play for the laguardia audition?
I’m auditioning for guitar. Any suggestions? What is good enough to get me in? Right now.. Home on the Range (Mel Bay’s) solo..would this be any good?

Honestly, just read the question… all I’m asking.
You’re joking, right? It always amazes me when prospective students who wish to auditon for competitve performing arts school don’t even bother to call the school, or GO TO THE DAMN WEBSITE, so they Know What criteria is expected of them.

Then read anything that applies to instrumental auditions. Read about what courses they offer at the school and what they expect of their students (the beginning guitar class is open only to third or fourth year vocal or instrumental students). Since this is a school, your overall grades in traditional courses also count.
