I’m pretty sure you will be alright with that case. It seems to be designed as a generic V-body guitar case. The biggest problem could be the B.C.Rich headstock. But the Dean V-guitar headstock is also pretty large:

I don’t think the B.C. Rich version is any bigger than that, and the case says it’s made for Deans among others.
