I’ve obtained permission to use pages from a 3 volume collection on this book I am writing, I’ve scanned them?

will I need to retype these pages I’ve gotten permission to use or can I just use the scanned pages?

you should probably just take the time to rewrite them – scannin gives poor quality copies.
